We work in Minnesota and like many smaller companies we have numerous clients that handle accounts Nationwide. Anytime you work for a company that does projects Nationwide you are going to have issues, but as far as these types of projects go I would rate APS in the top five I deal with. I have never had an issue getting paid and while I always feel I should get paid more I think APS has been fair to me. When we have had issues, return trips and out of scope I feel the people we deal with have worked with us to help cover our additional costs. We have been with them for several years and I think the more they get to know us and see our work the easier it is for APS to work with us. Do good work the first time, freely discuss your concerns and you will always get good results.

They provide reliable instructions on what's needed to complete the job and have been very understanding the few times one of my techs is sick. All the clients we service for them prefer when APS does the job vs. a competitor. My administrative staff always gets a quick response when scheduling appointments.

APS is well rounded in terms of ease of working with their staff, the quantity of work they send, amount they pay, and timeliness of payments.
