Lost our jewelry tags while moving. Ordered from this business and woke to find they had refunded our card and refused to do business with us because our billing and shipping address did not match. When we explained we were going to a show the manager's response was "We live in America because we have the right to choose to do business with anyone. Choose someone else, because we believe you are a fraud." As a business owner I find customer service to be my bread and butter. I am not really sure you can refuse anyone service based on a technically error.

Need a part urgently? Look somewhere else!!! I placed an order for a part that was "in stock" and was available to be shipped NDA. It took SIX days. I paid half the cost of the part to have it arrive next day. after my third phone call they told me they didn't actually have it on hand and it had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
